• Please keep stock of new household kit for residents

• Please inform if new residents occupy

Maintenance

• Replace masks, brushes and gloves regularly

• Repair pushcart to avoid damage to lifts etc

New Residents

• Provide them with two bins, one bag, and guidelines

• Have a detailed orientation with them on the segregation process

Residents

• Follow segregation rules, which will become a habit slowly

• Wash the bins daily & Don't use bin liners

• Give the waste daily as per the timing prescribed by the association office

• Please ensure flammable items like cigarette lighters, matchsticks etc., are emptied fully and also ensure to keep them separately

• Kindly don’t throw the waste out of premises

Housekeeping

Waste Collection

• Do not collect mixed waste from residents

• Close green and red bins & Tie the dry waste bags properly

• Tender coconuts should be placed near the green bin in the storage area

• Glass items (Broken & Unbroken), sharp tools, thermocols, broomsticks should be kept separately

Maintenance

• Use separate brush for green and red bin

• Wash gloves, mask, pushcart bins & lids everyday

• Don't use storage point bag on pushcart

• Wash pushcart weekly

Festivals

• Pongal & Ayutha Pooja: Put sugarcane and flower waste in Green bin

• Diwali: Let give the time to cool the crackers waste and put it in a separate bag (Cracker wastes should not be put in other 4 categories)

• Karthigai Deepam: Please give the Mud Lamps Separately

• Ganesh Chaturthi: Please give the idols separately

• Christmas: Please remove the cake leftovers from package and follow the segregation rules
